After Kush, the founder of Craved, completed his health journey, where he lost over 50 lbs and brought his body fat under 10% while cooking his favorite foods like pizza, burgers, and ice cream, he had a powerful realization. By using quality ingredients to inadvertently cut heavily processed junk out of our diets, we can maintain a healthy lifestyle while enjoying great food. This belief drove him to build Craved, a company dedicated to making healthy food exciting and proving that good food and healthy food can be the same thing.
Now, Kush is taking the next step on this journey at Ferrandi, the top culinary school in France, where he’ll immerse himself in the world of Michelin-Starred restaurants to become a classically trained chef. This extraordinary opportunity will both elevate Kush's skills and elevate Craved’s products so we can redefine what we expect from the health food industry.
Ferrandi represents the pinnacle of culinary excellence. Kush was drawn to its focus on classic French techniques, Michelin-starred standards, and the extensive internship component, where he’ll gain hands-on experience in a world-class kitchen. This training will help us explore more innovative techniques and experiment with new flavors, setting up Craved to return and offer our customers with an even more exceptional culinary experience.
